Returning My Goods Told to Go wash them

Well i must say iam very dissapointed in the Branch and the Manager - i bought a dress on Saturday and dont like it so decided to return it back and buy something else -- however not noticing that when i was fitting ig it had makeup on my collar -- when the Manager called Khethiwe at the teller asked me what do we call this -- iam said ooh that was make up it must have happened when i was fitting the Dress - she then called another lady for a second opinion then they told ne to go and wash it and bring it back -- i told them why should i wash it as it happened accidentally -- so the manager called Khethiwe decided that i must rather complain if i want to and tell them that she aint taking back the dress i must just take it and see what i do with it -i asked them what will happen if i fit a white thing and decide not to buy it put it back to the floor with make up on will the force me to buy it -- she couldnt answer -- i must say iam dissapointed as have been using this account since i was in account
