I'm angry they deducted my money without my knowledge and the sms did not have a ref, she took my card and started talking to her friend about marriage while I'm across the table, then she says "pin and finger prints" without a please, then she starts by saying it went to your Loan, i ask her why, she says its in arrears, I'm asking her so its my fault that they did not deduct their money, well she took it person and said its not her fault either and i should not speak when she is talking, WHAT'S WORSE SHE ROLLED HER EYES ON ME THE CUSTOMER, is that what Capitec call customer services? I'm angry my money disappeared on me, i was the bigger person and told her to continue, she did assist me yes I agree but she has a serious attitude problem she takes things that are not meant for her personally, I want her disciplined or I will
