I am very disappointment with the service I got from FNB Smart Device as well as Digital Planet. My phone is broken since 20 Dec 2013 and had lots of problems for them to come pick up the phone and when they got it they did not know that the phone must be fixed and so on. When I phoned FNB again for help they will just say sorry madam for the inconvenience but I must pay and they don't give a dam to assist the customer. So much for customer service.
