Digital Planet - PLEASE HELP

I have just talked to Digital Planet i.r.o the delivery of my smart device.
I just need urgent assistance as to when I will receive the phone, as my son is leaving to visit his Dad for the holidays Monday 16 December 2013 at 18h10 and this is his Christmas present from me. I would really like to give the phone to him before he leaves, otherwise he will only get his Christmas present in January 2014 when he comes back.

Can you please help me in any way possible?
