Banks allow to get away with murder!

In Dec 2013 I discovered that my Identity number was used to get a R168 000 loan from CAPITEC and furniture was bought at ELLERINES (AFRICAN BANK) for R36 000. After many phone calls and several emails, I copied CAPITEC's CEO and was assisted to clear my details from the loan within two weeks. I struggled for six weeks to do get this done at AFRICAN BANK.

I now want to register a criminal case with SAPS and neither CAPITEC nor AFRICAN BANK Forensic departments want to assist. They inisted I go to the police. After 4 visits to Douglasdale and 1 to Sandton Police station, the police wont assist me without the loan contract or detailed information for their Investigation Officer to work with. They informed me that they cant go to court to request a suppoena as required as they have many serious cases to deal with.

I understand that CAPITEC and AFRICAN BANK are not permitted by law to give me the documents but they also dont want to open a criminal case on my behalf. I am so frustrated!

These banks may not be interested in recovering their money an although my name is cleared from the loans, I am certainly interested in seeing this criminal in court!
