I emailed Ncebakazi Delani on the 07/01/14 with my query refer Incident 11137059.She then replied on the 08/01/14 basically just reiterating what all your agents has told me. I then sent another email see below. I find it very frustrating that i need to keep on following up with Capitec regarding this query. FYI every conversation that one has with FNB a reference is smsed to ones cellphone and you constantly updated regarding the query until its resolved, maybe you should look into that kind of service.
