Disgusted too say the least!

Lodged a complaint this morning (519171 claim number) Accidental damage which was said to me its not covered at all but yet my cellphone was covered quite a while back when my daughter (baby) thru it in the toilet! Not going to repeat the icident as they can go read it up on their system as i have repeated it 4times already! I pay my freaking insurance for a reason to be covered if something bad happens. I was so disgusted with the response i got that i cancelled my claim and will be changing insurances asap! They quick to phone you to update your poloicy and then ask you to go on hello peter while they are still on the line to give their service a great rating and tell you what to fill in!!! So by having a look at the fantastic service ratings on hello peter now i am 99% sure that is all from updating policies and not claims being sorted out properly! In this heat of almost 40.deg i must sit without a fridge and freezer! So i gather they wanting me to go sit like a bergie at spar after i have bought food for my kids to eat and let them eat it before it goes off and they end up with food poisioning!!! PATHETIC!!! Insurance to me is just a money making story!!!
