I brought by car in for an assessment at the Dial Direct Telesure Assessment Centre in Century City Cape Town after I experienced a hit and run. Peter Peskins at the assessment centre handled my assessment in record time explaining all damage and next steps in clear detail. I mentioned to him that I had a dispute on the excess that I had been quoted on registering my claim the previous day. He referred me to the 3rd floor to speak to my claims assistant Robyn Toni in person. Robyn fully investigated my excess dispute and immediately determined the cause of the problem. She arranged with the claims service manager, Ronell Arendse to correct the error. Ronell assisted me in rectifying the error for this claim and all future claims in record time without any further delay.
I would like to thank and congratulate the entire team for their exceptional customer service, kind, calm manner and super efficiency in dealing with my dispute.
