CIB has had my car for 2 weeks now after it was broken into and an attempt was made to it on the 31st of January. It was towed on the 5th of January. to date NOTHING has been done about my car. When I contacted CIB they told me that they had LOST my car. What kind of absolute lose your car??? Are you running a tuckshop or an isurance company! While you sit on your in your comfy car seat i am walking to work and back! And when I call to speak to this useless assessment officer Jerry I find out that since the 7th he hasnt touched my claim and only yesterday scheduled the assessment!!! You people make me sick! Im sure when my car comes back with the wheels missing and all my parts missing from sitting in a holding yard for 2 weeks you will expect me to pay for the extra damages! I WANT MY CAR BACK AND I WANT TO KNOW WHERE THE IT IS!!!
