Cash Out Bonus and Non Reply

Every year when it is time for my Cash Out bonus to be paid, I always have to follow up with regards to this payment. I have also sent an email on Monday and received email confirmation of receipt but to date I have had no response from Absa. Why do I need to follow up on this every year?
