No Claim Bonus Not being paid out

To Whom It May Concern,

This is now my second attempt to get some answers around when I can expect my no claim bonus?

According to my records this should have been paid in mid January 2013 and to date this has not been paid in. I have sent an email to the Absa iDirect email with information required.

I received an sms 2 weeks ago stating that "the amount has been transferred", please do not send sms's with false information as I was told telephonically on Monday, 21 January 2013 that there was a problem in paying and due to the fact that I am an Absa customer my money will reflect either by the aid Monday or at the latest close of business on the Tuesday, 22 Jan 2013. Again more incorrect/false information being past on.

Please can you attend to my complaint immediately as this is very unprofessional service from Absa iDirect. If there was in deed an issue with payments, why not follow up with an telephone call stating as such or as you like to send sms (which are not in fact what is happening), follow up the incorrect sms, with an sms correcting the statement.
