Not returning my calls

A month ago (YES, A MONTH AGO), I got an email from Sanlam asking me if I would like a Pension Booster. I have replied to the email saying YES and even tried calling. I didn't get any feedback to let me know if this has been added at all. I am still waiting for an email or call from the broker after I left numerous messages yesterday on both his cellphone and landline. I have had nothing but trouble getting hold of the necessary people at Sanlam.
