About three weeks or so ago I called he branch to talk to a consultant in connection with non payment of refund claims from Gems even after 10 months. I was promised I would be called back, but even after at least some 20 days no call I received. My experience has been that it is not worth joining Legalwise. Some of the members who I recruited left it after their first experience. This is not the only bad experience I have had.
