Despite my 3 visits to the 2 different branches to specifically update my details, still has not been done. I have been informed on every tele communication that I am only able to continue online banking once my details have been updated. Which I did 3 times already, I am uncertain as to what I should do now. The staff seem to understand my issue, and have showed myself the changes made on their system, however it does not seem to be successful changes.
