I have been trying to cancell my policy with affirnity/oaksure insurance for a week now since the have doubled their premiums. Every time I call I'm transferred to their cancellations department which does not seem to exist, I hold on the line for more than an hour till I give up. I have sent cancellation emails yet no one responds. I just know they are going to say I didn't serve the notice period when I cancell the debit order.
