WINDSCREEN DRAMA AFTER 3 WINDSCREENS

Since 04 November 2013, 3 windscreens were installed, 1st one windscreen crack inside and rainsensor not working, two other rain senor not working. Many phone calls to Windscreen direct and lots of time wasted, they cannot solve the problem. Still await feedback which I was supposed to have received by 16 Jan 2014, to take my car to Mercedes Benz to sort out and Windscreen direct to pay the bill.
Poorest of poor service, never dealt with such service providers. Since last installation there is also a "Rattle" in the dashboard where it comes in contact with the windscreen. My life is at risk due to my cars wipers not working properly. Maybe I should sue them for time wasted and the incompetence of installing windscreens, and how dirty they leave my car.
