Promise to call me back it's been a week

I'm an existing Miway client and on the 17th of October I called in for a new quote.
I told the representative the premium is way too high. Then the she told me I can go to another insurance company, which she is urging me to move my insurance then. So she promised me a senior consultant will call me back to try and get me a better quote.
It's been a week and no one has called me back. In the mean while I got quotes from two other insurance companies that beat miway hands down. I also contacted MiWay again on the 18th, again I was promised a senior consultant will call me back. Again I called in on the 21st and the same happened it is the 24th no and still no word from miway. Miway is quick to hold out there hands for money but does not want to give anything in return.
