Access refund

How long does one need to wait until they get their access money refunded to them, i had an issue with my complex who was contacted by MI-Way, the repairs were done on my car and i was promised that as soon as the Complex insurer pays up i will get my access money paid back to me, its now been three months and no money has been paid to me, and when i contact the complex they advised that everything was settled. MI-way does not communicate with me. my advise to people out there, if you can get the other insurance company to handle your repairs otherwise you will not be paid back
