I am unhappy with capitec bank policy because I had an account with them that was handed over to legal and a judgment was placed on my name, I managed to settle that account now capitec is refusing to issue me with concern to resend judgment because I settled my account before my judgment was three years old and that makes me feel that capitec is favouring bad payers than me how had to make means to settle my account and but still I can't clear my name, I was told by a consultant to write an e-mail to customer care but I have not received any response till today. very upset can't believe I can't clear my name, now I am straggling to get a job because I am black listed, thanks for ruining my life capitec.
