Problem not solved-even worse

I reported this problem before and received a call from Discovery telling me how i could track my wife via sms... said all I need to do is send the letter "p" to a certain number andi will geta satellite reading of the exact status/whereabouts of my wife's car. I've sms'd at least 8 times and NEVER received a report.

The DQ tracker has errors at least once a day. I am unable to track my vehicle and now believei will have to find another tracking company that offers a consistent and reliable service.
