Bought Sterkiner voucher, voucher code not delivd

I bought a Sterkinekor Voucher on Ebucks website on the 16th of January at 10:35. I haven't recieved the voucher code even now. I have been calling the Ebucks costomer service and they are not helping me. they gave me a reference number 1-57829019, nothing is happening.
