Vouchers not working

I purchased ebucks sterkinekor vouchers online on 9/8/2013 and received the sms voucher code. Then when we wanted to use it today 10/8/2013, the sterkinekor booking system indicates it is invalid. Called EBucks customer line and got told there waw a problem with the ones issued yesterday, but that they can't re-issue new one until monday (and then it can take up to 48 hrs). Thanks a lot for nothing. What's the use of having the facility if it works against the customer. To top it all of a reference number for the call cannot be sms'd or e-mailed to the customer as they ar on an old system that does not have the capability to do so. Very very dissapointed with this. So much for being promised all the niceties EBucks brings adn then failing to deliver. Call ref# 1-55101215
