I phoned multiple times to the call centre today only to be cut short and switched to a voice automated system stating the business Hours are (as stated on the website) 07:30 to 16:00 weekdays thank you for your call goodbye. It's 12:10 on a Tuesday afternoon, why is nobody answering the phones? This service is unacceptable!
