I submitted a claim late November last year - for our house that was hit by a storm.

Every time I call I'm being sent from pillar to post, then eventually somebody answers "to help" the next thing I hear is "please hold on". The second time one of their adviser said this, I held on for about five minutes just to see if she will come back to me. My efforts were in vain.

Since last year no call has was EVER returned even if it's just to find out what my query was about.

Conveniently for ABSA iDerect they don't respond on HP. So might as well try to post this under the bong provider.
