Insurance Claim logged, claim was received by ABSA and Claim Number has been allocated via sms, which states "should you not hear from us in 48 hours call this number" but when you call the number you get placed on hold.
I have been on hold for more than 4 hours per day for 3 weeks.
Today Nomkululeko tells me that they have not even allocated my claim and there is nothing they can do and no-one in all of ABSA that can help me and then puts me on hold.
I have now been on hold from Nomkululeka's Supervisor for 37 minutes.
