I have had an account with capitec bank and defaulted in payment hence had a judgement passed, i have paid this account in full as requested and have had the judgment rescinded and granted on the 28 March 2012 case number 7246/12 contract number 114703353 in verulam, after doing a judgment enquiry it was found that another judgment was passed in Durban court case7246/12 with the same reference 114703353, i e mailed capitec bank and they response is that they will respond to the query within 10 days, is there any other way to speed this process up as i have been waiting for such a long time trying to sort this problem out
