Not sensitive to the fact that I had an accident

Good day

I had been in an accident yesterday and called the claims dept to lodge a claim. I was on hold for 10 minutes, which was not a problem, and then when I speak to a consultant, she gave me a bad attitiude and was rude to me!

Both our phones were not audible and I notified Livhuwani that I could not hear her. She then spoke in an audible way and I was ok with that. Then she notified me that she couldnt hear me and I spoke up so that she could hear me. Next thing you know, she says "Please dont scream at me, I can hear you" with an attitude! I don't know what went wrong or what I said to get her to talk to me like that! I was stunned coz she said she couldn't hear me.

I didn't appreciate the way in which she spoke to me afterwards as she had an attitude and I asked her if there's a problem! She just had an attitude and I didn't appreciate it as I had gone through shock and unease during my accident.

I would like to appeal that you talk to her and you correct the way she speaks to clients as we are still sensitve after incidents and don not take well to being screamed at or having someone being rude to you after an accident.

I did not expect this form MiWay!
