Bad Attitude Help

We phoned them yesterday 20/0313 to hear if they can help us to fix our mazda. Well the guy who was speaking on the other end was so rude and did not even listen to what we said. At last he said we must bring in the car at 07:00 in the morning so that he could see what's the problem. So we took the car. I tell u the rudness of that place. He didn't hear our problem he didn't wanted to help us at all. They are one of the mazda dealers that we must take our car to be fixed. how can u take a car to be fixed and the people are so rude. He really didn't help us at all. He said that there is nothing wrong with our car and that it must sound like that. Even though the power steering pump is makeing noises. And a other mazda dealer confirm it. But the Allen Josh dude said there is nothing wrong.
