Empty promises

I received a phone call stating that I would receive R200 000 life cover for the same amount that I have paid for R100 000, the ampunt I had been paying. When the first month's payments started, I was paying double. I quiried it and I was told that I would be paid back all of the money because of false info. I have not seen that money for about 3 months now. I am fed up with the horrable service of this place. They like taking your money but when it comes to correcting their mistakes you are last in the line!!!
