The space provided here is not enough to log my complaint. I'm without a phone since 04/01, they told me the phone is fixed go back on 07/01, still the phone is not right. Give it back again for the 2nd time. Got a call to collect the phone 22/01.Guess what phone still not fixed. Had to give it back AGAIN!!! Paid for my BIS and all the other things but no phone to use it on. No lending phone nothing. I insisted on a phone get one that doesn't work. Phone to find out when I will receive my phone, now I have to wait another 2 weeks. After my husband keeps in contact with Werner Kruger. My money is good enough but that is it - NO CLIENT SERVICE.Was told that the phone is 4 months old they will most probably replace it with a new one. First fix cost already R3, 600 (Vodacom had to pay phone under guarantee) Now all of a sudden the phone is with Blackberry and SORRY WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING WE AWAIT FEEDBACK FROM BLACKBERRY!!! Nonsens!!! I started with a credit of R 1, 300 this month is down to R941 due to paying now for everything which I paid for already after VODACOM got their money! PROMISES PROMISES! GET COMPETENT PEOPLE TO WORK THERE! WHY SEND IN A PHONE TWICE FOR THE SAME MISTAKE? NE FEEDBACK NOTHING
