Unauthorised debit orders

Went to Nedbank Norwood mall to enquire about some unknown debit orders on my account statement, I was promised a call on monday after they investigate this suspicious matter. I have waited and not received any feedback (waited for a phone call up to close of business hours with not even so muh as a. message).

They couldn't even tell me when they started but quick to think that I might have initiated them. I have no idea who is debiting my account, already got debited R1200 including charges.
