No answer for 2 debit orders off my account

On 20/5/2013 2 debit orders was attempted to be taken from my account for R 81.45 on the same day, and Nedbank charged me 2 unpaid fees of R 90.00 per transaction. I phoned the call centre who said they don't know who the debit orders are for and gave me a phone number 0119936670 to phone.
I phone that number to find at 13:40 a message stating that there office hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 and goodbye.
Are you just taking debit orders from any unrepeatable company that wants money from any one banking with you.
