On the 15 November I reported this incident, the monthly account fees continue to go off, no one at FNB gives a dam really - they are all big talk about how goo their service and banking is yet they cannot deal with a simple complaint. its been months now an I have still had no response from the "Most innovative bank in the world"

PLEASE PEOPLE - JOIN HANDS AND FIX THIS BEFORE I START RUINING THE NAME YOU HAVE SPEND BILLIONS ON TRYING TO REVIVE

I NEED THIS SORTED BY THE END OF THE MONTH OR ELSE I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER
