Capitec is truly awesome

I have been with Capitec for over 4 years now and they simply are THE BEST bank. They keep things simple and because of this they can afford to charge less. Except for month end I have almost never stood in a queue, and if I have it moved fast. Sure, they are still gorwing and improving all the time, but in comparison to other banks, like ABSA which is just a shocker, Capitec is truly awesome. Capitec has third world bank fees with first class service, ABSA has first world bank fees with third world service. I moved to Capitec years ago and it was the best move I've ever made with regards to banking. Capitec's online banking is awesome too! If Capitec offered a business account and a credit card and a home loan, I'd move everything over to them. It's really worked for me, i have not had one complaint since I joined them years ago.
