DELAYED RESPONSE

Service at this branch is appalling! Was told my account would be ready in a day, arrived there and it was still not ready or available for pick up. Went back a week later and my account was not even processed and they sent us to another branch. Called in today and spoke to the same person that has been helping me at the branch and he said he would get back to me, only thing is I haven't heard from them at all since I applied. I need this account up and running as soon as possible and I'm not impressed that nothing has been done since I first applied last week.
