Furious About unknown service fees

I don't know whether I should call them FNB HOW CAN WE RIP YOU OFF, every month they deduct -200 on my account of service fees, I don't know what they are for different amounts all the time I tried in November month to query it through their complaints websites but no response from them, why so many charges when you withdraw they charge you, they're charging me for a statements I don't even receive I only view them on my internet banking which they claim its free... I need to know what are all this charges for? Stop ripping us off with these hidden fees... Im beginning to believe what most people say about you now, you are definitely ripping people off once I leave R200 in my account I don't find it on top of it once my salary is deposited you take some of it again really..please explain your deduction and stop taking what I didn't authourize. I'm definitely shopping for a new bank with integrity sick and tired of you one can simply not say I left this much in my account with confidence MXM.
