Bizlaunch Application 2 months later still waiting

Applied for machines 2 months ago, and still waiting for someone to make a second appointment.

The first time round it took 3 weeks to get someone to visit my shop for a machine. It took almost 3 weeks for me to find out that the application was not sent through to the Merchant banking department. After calling several times to get an appointment I was so disappointed. and thankfully after the 100th time of calling someone finally came.. but I had to redo the application...

The banker said he was in training and did not have time to check if it went through. Someone finally came but I was later told the banker who submitted my application, actually submitted the wrong application.

So I went through the entire process again --- applied for a biz launch card machine, and 2 week later i was told that the Bizlaunch department had not recieved my application. The banker called to say he is so sorry that he was in training (again) and did not have a chance to check if my application went through. I'm stil waiting to get another appointment with with someone to visit my shop. ALL THE WHILE I AM LOSING BUSINESS.
