I applied for a credit card over two weeks ago and a few days later I was asked to scan through my contract of employment. I sent this through on the 4th of November. Again I received another call stating they needed a letter from my HR dept as the contract did not state the period of employment. As this was one of the documents I had already submitted to the bank when I opened my account, I asked them to send this through again and they did. I then sent an email to the applications department explaining this on the 7th of November. To my surprise today I receive an SMS saying my application has been closed due to outstanding docs not received. I really would appreciate it if someone follows up on this and lets me know what is going on??? I agreed to pay extra banking fees in the belief that as a premier banker, banking would be easier for me but honestly I am really disappointed in such service! It appears noone is really following up on my application and I have been waiting for such a long time!
