UNREAL BAD TREATMENT

I was recently retrenched, and became out of the blue my bank's enemy after they phoned me every month to sell me a product. Every other financial institute I have connections to handled that with the utmost professionalism and timeously, but the all the arrangements I made with the bank was mishandled! That after I have supported the bank in every way, cheque account, savings account, credit card, petro card, funeral cover, short term insurance - I don't run for a few rand less to another service provider I only use Standard Bank.
