Hello Roland,

I know you are in the call centre. Your fellow agents say you are there every time I call. Any reason why you do not want to respond to my e-mail or the message I left?

You must really think this is all I do. I have a real job and I would like to focus on it better by having this claim settled as soon as possible.

So if you don't mind please respond to my e-mail or the message I left or call me. Whichever suits you best.
