After lodging my claim after a car accident I had. I received no feedback in terms of the progress of my claim. I constantly had to call in to find out what was happening and even at this she (Khensani Chauke) never returned any of my calls. I left my number on the message system as well but still no luck.

I'm appalled at the service received, not much for 'hassle free claim". I'm seriously reconsidering my insurance cover that I have with Miway!

It's almost a month now since the accident, my bumper is near falling off and very destructive when driving
