Of 8600 in 5 months thru ATM deposits

Standard bank Phalaborwa branch is our money that we deposit at the ATM. The one incident I reported in December has been refunded without any explanation of what happened after a month of run arounds when they actually said their own turn around time is 4 working days.
I had to make time to go thru my statement, from August to date: I have lost R8600 indicated as erro capture by the bank. Ridiculous, I am moving my business account and just want to warn others, especially about phalaborwa, there is seriously a problem there both inside and outside, customers go there and shout and shout due to poor service they are receiving.
They shall give me my other money, I have already opened my business account elsewhere. Hope to see them grow bigger and compete successfully.
