Shocking Service and Delivery

I ordered a set of uniforms for myself on the 8 March 2013. The response to get the order was indeed quick. After waiting for 4 weeks without a word I decided to email Amelia on the progress of my order. No response. after numerous emails and failed attempts to contact Amelia via telephone, I eventually got hold of her and was simply told that the uniforms have been cut but need to make it to production which will take approximately 1 week. At this point after sending threatening emails and demanding my deposit back as well as being promised feedback "next week", "next week", I have still not seen any sign of delivery or response to refunding my deposit to date. Extremely risky placing an order with Amelia, you may never get your order and you will be short on pocket too!
