A lady bumped my car and I did not claim from my own insurance. sent them my no claim letter as well as all the documents they required. this was all done on Tuesday. I had to call them to do the claim after their client already called them. each day I had to call them for a follow up and each day they told me they would call me back. still nothing. they have now told me that I have to bring my car in for an assessment they don't come out. I have to take off from work to do this. I have to call them everyday. I have to wait 60days for them to resolve this matter which I only found out today. I have to sit with a issue of a ugly looking dented car now. it's not as if I done anything. their client bumped into my PARKED CAR. please assists me.
