Insurance claim that dont want to fix my car

Good Day I was bumped by client parked at a parking lot and their client Mr Lala who refused me calling police at the scene and promised me that his insurance will payout or fix my car he bumped on the 12th August 2013 at 17:30 case of incident was opened at Fairland police station case number1624/08/2013 and since then the insurance is giving me a run around in all that they requested it was submitted however they even don't come back to me with feedback I have to always follow them and ask how far is my query. Their client Mr. Lala who was puzzled at the scene is now coming with propaganda stories and his insurance as well is not helpful Consulants are not keen to help the last one I spoke to who is to resolve everything is Sherwin Hans who is incompetent, I would not recommend anyone to take insurance with their company as their service is very poor. I take this will be an eye opener to the management to do something about their staff. Am pushed to take legal action against their client.
