About 3 weeks ago on my way to work, my car was bumped at the back. I submitted a claim to my insurance and they said they won't be able to cover the damages as the repair amount is less than the excess, so they advised me to claim from the party who collided at the back of my car.

I called and submitted required docs to his insurance brokers and they forwarded the claim to Santam. Their feedback was that they are not liable to the damages reason being that their client was hit from behind by an Isuzu Bakkie which then pushed their vehicle (Lexus) into the back of my car and said that I should claim from the Isuzu guy's insurance. I contacted the Brolink (insurance of person driving Isuzu) and they said they also not liable as according to their client's statement the Lexus collided into my car 1st and then bumped into the Lexus. Then my question is since I was bumped at the back and both the parties they pullling me back and forth, can't Miway assist me from claiming from the party who pumped into my car. What's the use of continuing with them when they can't help their clients out. Please note that I'm not asking them to repair the car what I'm asking assiatnce in claiming.
