Hi there,

One complaint, and one request; mailing the Info mail address as well as using the "Contact Us" feature on your site receives zero response since the 27th Dec 2012.

I need my subscriptions cancelled to all of your products, and I've had to resort to stopping the debit orders. I have mailed you with this information via info@. Please be aware that should these debit orders go through, I will reverse them and send you the bill for the bank charges and any unreturned money.
