No Authority to debit account

I have several debit orders that went through my account. I send in a complaint on 10 September an was send a email adress where I send all the relevant information. After several e-mails after that I still have had no response other than my info was send to the financial department. I can not believe that this company can still do business and that the Ombudsman have not looked into this company. I have seen several complaints in various media about this company. And now I want to know how we can combat this. I will make a case at the police for But all the people that was done in by this company needs to come together. The need to change the way they handle debit orders and refunds for debit orders or Close their doors!
