Sale of Property

Good day
I am lodging a formal complaint against FNB for selling of my house (property) without my knowledgement or warning. There was a fair amount of moneys outstanding towards my bond which i managed to pay half. I then received a shocking call from the bank saying that i am still in arrears and the house has been attached and has been auctioned off. The very same day a stranger came to my house to announce that he is the new owner of my property, he has bought my house from the bank. I was NOT notified in any way of the proceedings by the bank and only received that dreadful phone call that day. I have been an FNB client for 8 years and have always received phone calls reminding me of my arrears and only received a letter of notice once which I took up. But this time I did NOT receive any post from the bank, although they claim they have been sending the letters. I am currently under immense pressure from the new owner of my home to make a decision as to whether i will buy back my home or should he go ahead and get properous buyers instead. I am left frustrated and confused as to what to do because there is no clarity watsoever from FNB! My family and i are left destitute.
