REFUSE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF HAGGLING TO SETTLE

I HAD A BUSINESS AND HAD INSURED THE BUSINESS AND 2 VEHICLES.
ON CLOSING THE BUSINESS I I INFORMED THE BROKER AND REQUESTED THAT HE CANCEL THE POLICY ON THE 2 VEHICLES AS I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING THEM. HE ASKED IF I NEED AN INSURANCE ON THE NEW VEHICLE I WAS PURCHASING, AND OUT OF COURTESY I ALLOWED HIM TO QUOTE.
ON DAY OF DELIVERY OF VEHICLE HE HAD STILL NOT GIVEN ME ANY FEEDBACK RE COST OR COVERAGE OF POLICY.
AT VEHICLE SHOWROOM (ZEDA WHO ARE BRILLIANT BY THE WAY) INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED THE QUOTE.
I STILL SAID WHAT A CHEEK! I SIGNED THE PAPER FOR INSURANCE WITH A&G AND VEHICLE FINANCE AND HAPPILY LEFT. A&G WAS ALSO CHEAPER THAN OLD MUTUAL.
APPROXIMATELY A YEAR LATER WE LOOKED OVER OUR RETIREMENT ANNUITIES WITH OM AND COULD NT RECONCILE THE AMOUNT PAID AND THE POLICY,
WE THEN DISCOVERED THAT A POLICY FOR MY VEHICLE HAD BEEN COMMENCED IN MY OLD BUSINESS NAME. THEY THEN TRIED TO RECTIFY THE MATTER BY SENDING AN INSULTING MAN TO VISIT ME. THE BROKER CONSISTENTLY THAT ITS MY WORD AGAINST HIS, AND TO MAKE THE LONG STORY SHORT, THEY ONLY REPAID US R1700 OF THE PREMIUMS DEDUCTED. I AM NOT HAPPY BECAUSE I DID NOT EVER GIVE CONSENT VERBALLY OR BY SIGNING
